About 121 Rehab
121 Rehab is an independent resource for people looking for one-on-one and private addiction and mental health treatment. We publish plain-language guides to what this kind of care involves and what it costs, and we provide free assessments and referrals to programs that fit.
Who runs it
121 Rehab is run by Cassidy Cousens. He has spent 25 years in addiction and mental health treatment and founded Arago Integrative Recovery (AIR), a one-on-one, nature-immersive program on the Oregon coast. He or another clinician on the team answers every call and reads every message. Everything on this site comes from years inside the industry: knowing which programs do what they say, which don't, and what to ask in the first phone call.
What we do
Two things. The guides explain one-on-one and private treatment from the inside: what a real program contains, what the words private, luxury, and one-on-one actually mean, what things cost by tier and location, and how to tell a program from a residence with a therapist. And the assessment: you tell us what is happening, a clinician assesses what kind of care fits, and you get several programs to contact and the questions to ask them. How referrals work describes the process step by step.
How we handle our own program
Arago Integrative Recovery is one of the programs we refer to when it fits. It's never the only one. Every referral includes other programs to compare, and we'll tell you plainly when AIR isn't the right fit, because a one-on-one program on the Oregon coast is the wrong answer for a lot of the people who call. No program pays 121 Rehab for referrals, including AIR.
