121 Rehab uses information you choose to provide to respond to inquiries and help with assessments, consultations, and referrals. We do not share your details with any program, even if you ask us to, and we do not make introductions.
Inquiries and referrals
An online callback request includes your phone number and any name, email address, or message you choose to send. We use these details to respond to your request and understand what you would like help finding. You decide whether to continue the conversation. We do not share your details with treatment programs or make introductions. You are also free to contact a program directly and discuss its own information practices before sharing records. Information sent to another provider is handled under that provider's policies.
Callback requests pass through our website hosting service and are delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. The form does not save your contact details or message in the website’s database. Brief technical records help prevent spam and duplicate submissions; these records do not contain your name, phone number, email address, or message.
Website and comparison tools
Hosting and browser services process technical information needed to deliver pages. Quote-worksheet entries and navigator selections stay in the current page session; the site does not submit them to a server or save them to an account. Browser autofill and page restoration operate through your browser settings. Email links open your email application. Links to published sources and treatment providers open services with their own privacy practices.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which guides people read, how they reach the site, and how often they click our phone or email links or successfully request a call. Analytics uses cookies and receives page and technical information about visits. We do not send the name, phone number, email address or message entered in the callback form, or entries in our planning tools, to Analytics. Your information and choices
Questions about information you have shared, requests to access or correct it, and requests for deletion go to [email protected].
