Whatever brought you here, the assessment asks the same things in the same order: whether withdrawal or another medical need has to come first, what level of care fits, and then which format and setting. Privacy, location, cost, and a preference for individual treatment shape the choice among safe options; they do not override safety. If the right answer is a hospital, a detox unit, or a group program with a specific insurance network, we say so.
